There is an access way, but space is very limited, so the job requires someone who is a) qualified to work under the floor of buildings b) happy to work in small spaces and crawl where appropriate c) able to FIT in small spaces (this is not a job for a large framed person) d) able to provide their own protective clothing and light source (after the job is complete, we will be getting a pest removal service in. In the meantime, overalls, face mask, gloves, boots etc are the minumum requirements) d) able to complete the job fairly quickly e) provide a receipt for the service (I'd prefer someone who can accept a credit card payment, but can manage cash if required) f) is willing to guarantee their work has been completed appropriately
