A family friend has temporarily silicone sealed the problem areas, but I would like the job done properly now. I'm unsure if the whole roof needs this attention or just certain roof 'valley's' but I would like a reliable, experienced roofer to come and survey the job and provide a competative quote and a reasonable time frame to complete the job.

My sensor light is staying on during the night. On Weekend noticed it was flickering on / off. Went on and stayed on last night. Usually is on a 3 min timer. Was installed in January 2008.... Also there is a wire near the gutter (near the sensor globe), I'm not sure if this has been detached from the main power connection. No other problems in the house with electricity / lighting so I'm not sure if this is related.
