They quoted me for a job then when they came out they changed the charge they quoted by adding a call out fee that they didn't originally quote me and also upped the point charge that they quoted. This company was very unhelpful and did not care that they had mislead me and also the fact that I took a day off work to meet with them only to find that what they quoted was changed as soon as they came out. I also, do not want a company that charges a call out fee. My home is 4 years old and recently had Optus install telephone line and Internet cable and there was no difficulty with them doing this by running the cable through my wall by getting up in the ceiling. I have a Colorbond Roof and do not want a company that tells me cable can't be run through my walls unless part of the roof is removed. UNITECH told me they would have to remove the roof. I've had several electricians and Optus as I said install wiring in the past without any difficulty whatsoever running the cable down the walls. I have decided to use your company to find me a reputable company that won't rip me off as UNITECH was going to do. I want a company that is honest.
