Greetings, i believe my house needs to be levelled, and believe it needs to happen very soon. lately we have noticed many cracks in the cornices in several rooms, we have also noticed some significant cracking in brickwork. just about everyday i find a new crack somewhere, either inside or outside, some doors will also not close at all. we have a 3 bedroom house with an extension on the back. it is about 25-30 years old. we did have some plumbing deterioration under the house which has now been rectified, but believe this has contributed largely to the recent movement of our house. the ground underneath the bathroom area is very very wet and the house is tilting towards this. we are very worried about this and need to get it looked into asap. please ignore my budget approximate, as i have no idea of what the cost will be it wouldn't let me submit it without selecting one. i've got one dude coming to survey this afternoon but believe i will need more than one opinion. thanks steve
