One small area of brickwork needs more preparation as the paint is quite chipped/peeling. The paint on the window frames is in poor condition and worn/peeling, with some windows needing re-puttying, possibly some timber needing replacing. Would ideally love one person to be able to quote for all but happy to have window repairs and painting quoted separate.
