Looking to pay around $60 to $80/hr depending on experience and amount of work at once. We work with Linux and Windows Servers, Windows and Mac desktops and a plethora of online services. We do lots of setups and migrations. Our clients typically have 10-50 staff. I have an immediate need for on-site PC support and troubleshooting. I am looking for someone who can be involved longer-term in the above projects though. Our work is lumpy, but you could probably expect 1-2 days now and an average of 5 hours a week ongoing for the right person.

The property is a federation home, double brick lime mortar, rendered walls. Some of the render/paint is peeling, there are holes in the walls from screws removed, there is also damaged ornate cornice and ornate ceilings that need skimming, patching and repairing.
