This appears to have occurred from the heavy rain we recently experienced. This is not impacting the function of the door, it opens and closes without any issues.

I started painting the weatherboards on the external walls of the house. Unfortunately I can not complete the job as I have suffered a neck injury requiring surgery. I am after a painter / handy man to complete the job for me. Front of House. The veranda at front of the house requires a second coat on the (3) posts, guttering and frame. There is a small section of weatherboards above the veranda (access via ladder) that I did not paint, this requires 2 coats on the weatherboards and the guttering. Rear of House. I painted the rear of the house with one coat. I need the painter / handy man to paint a second coat to finish the rear of the house. Laneway side of House. The laneway side of house will require 2 coats, including painting the guttering the samew colour as the weatherboards. Courtyard Side of House. The courtyard side of the house will also require 2 coats of paint to the weatherboards and gutters. This side of the house contains both weatherboards and cladding. There is also a door frame, 2 small window frames and 2 large window frames that will require 2 coats in a semi gloss. I have purchased the paint as I was intending on painting the house myself, however due to the surgery i am unable to paint.
