Design & Build an underground storm water detention pit to meet Baulkham Hill council's requirements. 2. Obtain an occupation certificate upon completion. 3. Conduct a site assessment to determine the right size of pit required. 4. Create the right design documents for the pit. 5. Determine what if any modifications to Eden Brae's building design may be required... only if essential. 6. Obtain necessary approvals (council or other bodies) as required. 7. Construct the Pit and provide all the right plumbing connections to connect to the existing storm water system in the street. 8. Build a stenciled driveway above the pit. The house will have a 2.5 car garage... Suggest right design for the driveway as well. 9.. Coordinate with our builder - Eden Brae thru the design and build process so any dependencies/linkages from the builder are taken care of. We may consider extending the scope of this service to include landscaping including the right driveway etc. I am not entirely sure but I believe we will require both a Structural engineer as well as a builder & Plumber to complete the job.
