One of the outstanding issues is provision of the electrical compliance certificate. Unfortunately the builder we used has changed hands and is now unable to provide us with the compliance certificate that was issued at the time (or even the name of the electrician that did the work). We need someone to come out and inspect the work and provide a certificate of compliance. Of course if any work needs doing before the compliance certificate can be issued we need that doing as well.
