The main roof is currently installed with short sheets of corrugated iron. The pitch of the roof is too low for corrugated roofing and the joins are rusting, plus there have been previous leaks. It is estimated that this roof will have less than 5 years left of effective life. The intention was to replace this roof at the same time to prevent future damage to the main hall area. This would be quoted the same as right rear, however the existing flashings appear to be new and could be reused to reduce cost. Some one can be there to meet you on a week day between 11am and 1pm, but not this Wed 19/11/14.
