As an extra, there is a small 1 meter wide fence, blocking the front and rear, needing replacement also, would want a (seperate - not associated with neighbours) quote on this. The fence is currently wood, the majority is ok, its just old, and the critical 4-5 main posts needing full replacement. I believe there was a flood in the area years before moving in which may have damaged them.
