Our ducted heating has stopped working - no hot air coming out of ducts. Had someone from Brivis come to inspect the heating unit itself - unit working fine, but said that he suspects there is... Our ducted heating has stopped working - no hot air coming out of ducts. Had someone from Brivis come to inspect the heating unit itself - unit working fine, but said that he suspects there is something blocking the outflow duct which is preventing hot air moving through the ducts, causing the heating unit to overheat and automatically cut coming out. Need to get someone to inspect and remove blockage from duct. Heating unit is in our roof cavity (there is easy access to the unit and ducts in roof) but the ducts go from the roof to underneath the house to various points under the house (there is no access below the house).
