Top roof is flat Klip-lok metal accessable via top balcony with 3.5m ladder not that I ever go up there. There's a single box gutter (un-maintained) and downpipe and a solar panel tilt frame screwed in that would need inspection too. Roof area is about 5m x 10m and protected by other building on side with 3.5m drop on each end.
