I am on the Strata Committee for an indutrial complex and the ramp leading up to the first floor has three expansion joints. They all leaked since new but we have managed to stop the leak on one... They all leaked since new but we have managed to stop the leak on one and greatly reduce the leakage on the other two. The leakage is still significant and needs to be stopped. We need a business who can find and solve the leakage. This may require removing old sealant, inserting new sealant materials and fabricating new cover plates. We are looking for ideas and quotes to resolve this issue.
