If they are caused by water leakage, we would like to address the source of the leak. 2) The ceiling has a few possible thermal track/ghosting stains/yellow-ish straight lines across the living room. We would like to obtain opinion form professional on the root cause and the possible fix. We can provide photos pf those stains/lines upon request.
