I have concealed gutters, when it rains heavily i get overflow into the house in one location, so will need to get this replaced. also may need other parts of guttering around the house replaced. During medium to heavy rain, the paint on the underside of our eaves starts to bubble. I suspect there is a leak in the roof and want the roof tiles checked. Previously I thought it was the gutters overflowing, but we have the gutters cleaned and gutter guard installed and I am certain that rainwater is draining sufficiently. Some time ago we had a plumber come in and check the roof, he said he couldn't find a leak but I would like a second opinion.
