The Junction point has a screw on inspection lid with about 8 inches of clearance between the top of the cap and floor so access is a little difficult with a concrete stump nearby. A large pool of water sits nearby where it has been over flowing. It is dry though where you can get to the pipe. The junction is accessed on stomach about 15 feet in from door. Power available near door entrance Access is via a small door on the barge bourds
