Surface is currently crushed granite (with some cement mixed in) on road base but given the steep slope the rains have created large ruts washing granite away. We like the yellow granite natural finish but want a permanent solution that won't wash out. We are looking for options (e.g. tar and chip, bitumen, asphalt, coloured asphalt) and ideally a complete job (e.g potentially may need box drains (or speed bumps) to direct water to a bush drain or grids to hold material). Likely work would require removal of existing granite (can dump free onsite), ensuring current road base is suitable, resurfacing, sloping to direct water to bush drain / gardens, etc).
